The one Chinese lady at front can be quite rude. I came in to deliver a package and was unaware of such conditions for international shipping. She pointed at a sign at the front and explained in an annoyed tone. She needs to understand that not everybody works at Canada Post or is up to date on recent changes.

I asked my friend to ship me something that I ordered from BC (I am in another province) and she came to this location with some SMALL items. When she asked the employee for the smallest box she was given a $20 flat rate box that is 10x the size of the contents. There are definitely smaller boxes - we ended up paying $20 for shipping when it should've been much less. This is ridiculous

There is a young female worker who is very knowledgable, efficient at her job. She is much appreciated, thank you.However, there was this other older lady who was chatting on the phone in the front and took at least 15 minutes to assist me while there was a long line forming.some employees are great but some are terrible. really depends on the day and I just hope that the nice girl Christine is working that day.

An Asian woman called ANNA or NANA, (sorry if I got wrong name) She is very nice, and very quickly find my package. I used to have bad experience from No.3 and Blundell PO coz a guy named Kevin was so mean and rude to customer. In here Shoppers, the rep are all great!

STore says I have to use online form from canada post to send anything to the USA. The web site does not work at Canada post. Canada post customer service is useless as I called and they said if the web site does not work you have to use form in store, store says must use form online. What a mess this company.

Fast service. Accepted my parcel w/ label in about 10 seconds and did the entire process for registered parcel, paid with stamps, in about 5 minutes, which is the fastest I've seen. Recommended.

Warning! The employe ask me on 12.10 at 13.30 what is in the Mail! After i told her there is somthing expensive in the envelope, the Mail never araived its Destination. Good Bye 450 Dollar!
