I've been at this place on occasion over time, and the service has definitely gotten better. I usually use the drive-thru and the ladies there are very nice. Haven't had a bad order yet from this location so hats off.

I dined in at the Gibsons location. As far as burger joints go, this one was very good. It was clean. The service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Bacon and eggs, and pancakes. I had coffee also. The coffee was good. I was there between 9-10am so it wasn't too busy.

Services in this location is awful. I'm from abroad and it was my first time in A&W, I mentiom this to the staff member because I didn't know what to order. So I asked for some recommendations, to my surprise this guy couldn't be bothered and dismissed my request. Burguer was okay, but the onion rings were raw and bland.I will not return.

I always stop at this location on my way through Gibsons. I order the Beyond Burger and onion rings and the food is always fresh and hot!

We did breakfast this morning and we were surprised it wasn't busy as in Seniors having coffee. The restaurant was clean, service was pleasant and the food was fresh. For some reason, the coffee did not seem very flavourful and I usually like A&W coffee....different brand used maybe????Good solid 3 star today

Stoped in for a quick burger. Absolutely horrible service! She's on her phone while taking my order. Forgot my drinks and when I asked for them she called another worker over to make them because she was busy texting.
