Amazing service! Crew of about 4-5 working through a 9PM rush in lines ups both inside and at drive thru like champs! Shout out to Sebastian for high quality service that was quick, friendly and efficient.

Went Through the drive-through At around 11 o'clock at night which would give everything to be fresh well I ordered a small pop and it was 3/4 full. Our French fries were cold and almost saggy. And to top it off are 12 piece Buffalo chicken nuggets were 10 piece nuggets there was next to 0 sauce on them. And I waited 33 minutes to get this meal so everything should be hot and fresh.

Always a great experience. Was there a few times at rush hour time. Great service and fresh off the grill. The one older lady was running her butt off making sure everyone were doing there jobs. It still looks like they are short handed but the service was great with a smile. Thanks. April 21st, 2023 at around 6:30pm

Really!! Normally we have great service at Harvey's, but today they don't bother to read what we ordered?? How can you forget fries when we order 2 gravy to go with the fries??

Ordered on the app for mobile pick up. Waited 40 minutes from the time order was placed until I reached the window for pick up. Once at the window I was instructed to wait behind the building as the order was not yet ready (its been 40 minutes). I waited another 15 minutes when an employee finally came out asked how long i had been waiting and handed me the food....Now at the 55 minute mark. Got home and the buns were hard and cold. The meat was cold and the bacon a grey color. After calling the manager she figured out how to refund my money ( had to go to store to pick up cash as they can not refund from the app apparently). At least the wait for my refund was less than 5 minutes. I will not be returning. Its unfortunate as Harvey's used to be great!

We go to Harvey’s at least twice a month but last 2 times we went to Harvey’s the food was cold. The burger patties were not even warm enough to melt the cheese. We even asked to make sure our food was hot or at least warm and when we go the food we opened it up right away and the burger patties felt cold like they had being sitting on the counter. We won’t be back, if Harvey’s doesn’t care about their customers why support local business.

I have tried many poutines, but Harvey's is hands down the best ever. I get it smothered in gravy and they deliver it every time. Deb the manager is the greatest and the staff are always wonderful. I have worked customer service for more than 40 years, and can not say enough good things about them.

I came back after so long because the past visits, the food was poor quality. This time they took so long to hand me my food which was just sitting there in a bag behind the counter, the whole time I was waiting(I ordered on the app, but their purpose of ordering on the app never helps speed up. They served only 2 other customers before me and they still took so long to give my food. The bun was cool and the burger not hot. The girl at the cashier did not return my smile, she was not at all welcoming. The new decor in the dining area is so nice though. For many years it was in desperate need of a reno, now it looks amazing!

I placed an order on skip the dishes for 3 burger combos, nothing special. At first it said the wait time would be an hour which is ubserd. I went there after 20 minutes to wait and pick up my food. There was one person in the drivethrough and one other couple waiting for their food. I ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my food. No sorry for the wait or anything. Burgers were OK, slightly burn, but all of the fries and union rings were cold by the time we got them. I used to love going to Harvey's when I was younger, but not anymore. Definitely don't recommend
