DC Bank ATM

Great customer service

I can’t find any of these ATM machines here in London Ontario. When I search online it gives me a whole bunch of American locations for these DC bank machines. What’s up with that?DC ATM machines, GOOGLE & H&R block really need to update your DC ATM locations I have spent 3.5 hours today looking for and DCATM. When I contact H&R BLOCK and Google it they give me four locations here in London Ontario but when I arrive at these locations, Absolutely NO ATM belonging to DC bank!!I ended up using a TD Bank ATM, TD charged me $3.50 to use their banking machine. And that was on top of paying and additional $1.25 Service charge from DC ATM… Google and DC bank really need to update their ATM locations here in London Ontario….

If I could give it a 0 star I would. The machine at the airport just took my money and I received 0 dollars right before my trip to the USA for Christmas. Total garbage.

Jocelyn, Ben, Rachel, Amanda, Jeff (CEO).. all great execs and staff that really goes above and beyond most banks in Canada and is [I believe] onto some serious fintech innovation in Canada.Sometimes it’s the smaller (or uncommon) banks that really go out of their way to provide great technology onto the legacy banking systems we see in Canada.Any MSB, PSP or other fintech businesses should seriously look into the bank, team, technology to formulate your own opinion.I’ll vouch for them 11 times out of 10.

If I could give this bank a 0 I would!No help at allTells you what you want to hear to get you off the phone first wait 24 hr for a transfer and then call back and get told 24-48 hours they take fees out the account for nothing it’s a scam bank definitely hate my money in it bank should be shut down what a rip off

Great and speedy service

I realize this is for the atm but dc bank is horrible.I have had the worst experience I've ever had with any financial institution in my 30 years of banking. Waiting over a week to change a direct deposit account number is rediculous.I just got off the phone again with no results! They just keep saying they screwed up and I have to wait. And wait. I have a baby to feed and they are holding almost 700 dollars of my money. I'm tired of the excuses. I want my money. DC BANK!
