Return policy says that a customer may return a product if not 100% satisfied. I bought a$300 kitchen faucet and wanted to return after using for a couple of days as we were not happy with it. Lowe’s in Pickering, Durham says that we will not take it back since already used. Pathetic. Home Depot is far better. Never going to Lowe’s for shopping.Update for Lowe’s below reply:Hi, thanks for the reply but it doesn’t really help. I got the faucet professionally installed and the contractors are now gone as my kitchen work is over. Even if you now ask me to bring the faucet in, I have to call them to uninstall which earlier they would have done it easily since they were already working in the kitchen. Now it’s very inconvenient. Thanks

Great service and friendly staff, easy returns. All employees wear masks. Nice and clean store. Friendly staff lots of good deals. They have nice indoors and outdoors plants. Store is always clean and smells nice. Great variety of hardware, home decor and home utility products. Parking is easy and pretty accesible.

We recently purchased a new custom blind from this Lowe's and cannot say enough about the service we received from Cindy.Cindy is extremely professional and dedicated to ensuring the customer experience is a good one.Unfortunately our blind was manufactured incorrectly by the supplier and Cindy acted immediately to have the blind remade as soon as possible.It is now installed and we are very happy with the results but more impressed with Cindy.Had the blind initially not been manufactured incorrectly, this experience would have received a 5 star rating.

This place they have the best customer service representatives in Pickering. They're always very helpful. I was there recently to buy flex pipe, that's what I thought, until I ran into Noel. An awesome gentleman with vast knowledge of pretty much everything. He helped me making the right choices and oh boy he was right. My project is done he saved me time, he saved me trips back and forth to return the wrong product and what not.The girl at the cash helped me quickly with a smile seeing that I was carrying a lot of stuff in my hands, even though I was on my way to self-checkout. I didn't get her name, don't want her to feel uncomfortable.To be honest, because of my skin color I don't feel very welcome at other places but not at this location. They treat everyone equally.Thank you all, thank you so much.

Lowe’s of Pickering must replace the lady name Yukta at the customer service she has to work at restocking or cleaning. I have extremely bad experience of today and 2 more times before first of all she has no understanding her behavior is not acceptable as well. Looks like she has no experience in the customer service. I would never go to this location anymore for customer services if she was there again.

Absolutely loving the outdoor furniture and garden items I purchased at this location, and was very impressed with the quality of service! -- Over the course of a few days, I dealt with several Customer Service Representatives, Assembly and Delivery Personnel, and an Assistant Store Manager who all went above and beyond to listen, answer questions, provide solutions, and ensure my shopping experience was a positive one! I would highly recommend this location for any home or outdoor needs!

What a wonderful experience I had tonight at this store. The staff is so welcoming and friendly to deal with. I had the best customer service associate help me to get my order and set up everything. I’m glad I made the trip out to Pickering but my outdoor sets. Thanks Gloria for helping me tonight.

I purchased an item here, and with in 2 days of the purchase, the product doesn't work. When I went for return, the manager, Andrew, speaks so rudely and runs away in between the conversation without offering a resolution. Is this the customer service we expect after paying so much? I won't visit this store again and I am really disappointed with their services.

I wish I can give this place a 0*. The staff is never to be found. No one knows the function of any of the products. The usual anwer is may be this may be that. Seems like we have to figure things out on our own. I waited 45 minutes for someone to show up after they announced in the PA system but not one person came. Most of their stuff is never on site. No wonder Amazon is so successful.
