Cabot Trail
We drove on the Cabot Trail counter-clockwise as recommended. The first half of the trail until Dingwall was not that impressive. There were only about 2-3 lookout points that we stopped for. We watched the sunset on Cabot Trail. It was spectacular!However, past Dingwall, Cabot Trail is indeed the most beautiful coastal view in the world!!! There were sooo many lookout points on that side. I am glad we stayed at Cheticamp for the night and continued on Cabot Trail in the morning where we saw the view better compared at night time.We would love to do this trail again in the Fall to see the colours. I can just imagine how beautiful it must be.

The Cabot trail is nothing short of beautiful. From the winding roads, elevation changes and views along the way it’s a must visit if you’re visiting Nova Scotia.

Cabot Trail
We drove all over the island and we were able to find lots of places especially scenic spots like skyline drive, gypsum mines and some other places that are really cool to watch. It’s better to plan a trip during fall and to start off early as you get there start trekking ,enjoy the sightseeing also you have time to relax with your friends and family once it gets noon it’s crowded with people. As we have too many good locations plan before such that you don’t miss anything. The drive through trail is a great experience for us.

A must see and drive in the Fall. Such beautiful colours with the leaves changing. They have worked on the roads and made them wider and so smooth. A pleasure to drive on.

What a beautiful part of Canada. The skyline trail was gorgeous, I highly recommend doing the Coastal loop including White Head.This trail would be gorgeous in the fall.From Cheticamp to Ingonish almost everything was closed in May so prepare accordingly.

I have traveled the trail a bit for business, but never really took the time to stop and look around. You won't be disappointed if you do! Nice views and lots of places to stop and look around. I imagine this would be a awesome tour during the fall when the leaves are changing.

Cabot Trail
Cabot Trail was the best part of the Nova Scotia. The highlands are very well maintained. EV charging available. The scenic points are simply mind blowing. Truly mesmerizing! Drive can be tricky specially in thick fog and rain but we completed the trails both clockwise and counterclockwise. We would definitely want to come again for hiking as we didn’t get to do that with kids. Looking forward to coming in Fall to see the colors.

Amazing views! A must see during fall. Unfortunately we came on a rainy gloomy day, but the sights were breathtaking
