After dealing with TD in regards to my late father's estate I have nothing good to say. From the severe lack of communication between the downtown branch and the estate department to the unprofessional demeanor of their staff, my experience with this bank has been a complete nightmare. I was consistently asked to rate my experience after each appointment....easiest rating I've ever given.

Remember the TD motto of old Banking can be this comfortable"? It should be changed to "TD: Banking can be this incompetent and lazy."My review in no way is related to the physical state of this branch that suffered a flood this past winter.The staff here are extremely slow and inept at their roles. Opening a new account took over an hour to complete with the teller. (I already have multiple accounts
