Kennedy Floorings

I installed the Harbour Baffin Oak SPC LVP flooring throughout my house in September, 2020, and it has been holding up to all of our abuse we throw at it, no problem. We have a large dog with nails that scratched our old hardwood floor to pieces, and this stuff isn't showing any scratches anywhere. Very happy with the product!

Definately will not be using them again. The management should reconsider their actions outside the workplace. They are fine until they get your money

Excellent product ! We used the Harbour Stone Core Plank. Easy to install for the novice ! Easy to clean and great sound deadening. Would recommend .

Ordered my floors in November 2021. The flooring store was told the floors would be in stock mid December, but they still have not received the floors. They have followed up with Kennedy flooring weekly, and are constantly told “next week” or ”very soon”. We have personally contacted Kennedy twice, with no response. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I have a feeling that Mr Alvin James may be mistaking Kennedy Floorings in Wpg with an actual flooring store in Ontario called By Kennedy Floorings. 2 completely separate companies. A retailer would take a deposit. A distributor that doesn't sell to the public to begin with would not.As for Labarynth Maze - Kennedy Floorings is a distributor, as indicated on their website. Distributors don't have to sell to the general public. They sell to the retailers. As such, there is no need to remove anything from a google search. I am sure that someone would have directed you to an appropriate retailer in your area if you had requested.

The men in the shipping department are true professionals when it comes to loading. Always a pleasure to deal with people who are great at what they do.

I purchased Kennedy Floorings Harbour Stone Core Plank through a local distributor as it was recommended highly for my sunroom by the salesperson at Bill Knight Flooring. The product states it is 100% water proof and good in extreme installation environments (-40 & +40c). For the waterproof claim: After a huge rain storm with high winds this summer, a small amount of water came into the sunroom and sat on the floor overnight. In the morning when I saw the results of the storm, I could see that the planks were lifting. I removed the planks in the impacted area to let the subfloor dry and discovered that the neoprene backing was pulling away from the affected planks. For the Extreme Temp claim: In the summer months when the sunroom heats to high temperatures, the product lifted at the ends of several planks, creating hazards and spots that easily cracked. I contacted the sales person at Bill Knight Flooring who then provided the request for warranty claim directly to the Vp of Kennedy Flooring. Kennedy Flooring denied the claim at first. I then contacted the VP of Kennedy Flooring directly to clarify the details of the claim and was told they would follow up with an inspection of the product with the salesperson from Bill Knight. Since that promise" there has been no contact with me to arrange an inspection and Kennedy Floorings has completely ignored several follow-up emails from myself to resolve this simple issue. I dealt directly with the VP of Kennedy Floorings and am very unhappy with their lack of customer service and their failure to stand by their product warranties."

I have sold flooring Materials for over a decade, I find Kennedys materials to be some of the best $ for $ that I sell. I seen this Bad review about Kennedy and it is complete opposite from what I have found...I find the products to be better quality than the norm, I also find the price to be the best for the quality .. My sales Rep in the Alberta Market ( Steve Partridge ) has come thru for me on a few occasions now and really saved my butt..As a flooring professional I would gladly recommend Kennedy Products to any of my family or friends ... ( Actually Just had it done in a family members house , Braavos Oak loose Lay ) .. went down great !Thanks for all the support , And look forward to many more years working with Kennedys !

great experience from start to finish. we were impressed with their vinyl plank specs and chose live oak". they told us which suppliers there were in the city and i called 3 of them and chose elite flooring in st vital. jeff over there was super. had a chance to speak to thomas kennedy himself
