Very poor service they took so long to activate account Agents only choose this bank for commissions.GO FOR SCOTIA-BANK INSTEADWe visited this location today in delta . There was a girl named Gursimran I guess she was wearing sea green sweater. Her service was so bad . She should learn how to deal with customers. She was so rude . She was not guiding people properly.MUST FOLLOW UP

Excellent experience - the staff in the branch were really helpful..I reached there without an appointment to enquire regarding NRI services. Be ready to get scammed with your money. If you do one single mistake. They will hold your money for months. 2 business days 5 business days. Debit card hardly work most of the places. Mobile app worst. Online banking not good enough. There system slower than turtle.

Not a good bank if you coming as international student . Pls choose Scotiabank for your GIC.icici bank just have one branch in delta thats no branch in Vancouver or richmond where as Scotiabank has 100 of branches its just five minutes walk from my home. N the debit card they provide never work. I waited one week to open a account in scotiabank to make transactions. Thank god i brought cash with me.
