Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible service. Reserved a vehicle and they told me the day-of that they dont have anything close to what I reserved. Their idea of a good replacement for a Jeep Wrangler was a small car with summer tires on it! Now my mother in law is without a vehicle and no way to get back home. Thanks rent-a-car for being the worst

Folks there are super friendly and the rentals are top notch. Very clean and really nice options. I had a beautiful 4Runner last time and this time I got a speedster Durango with flashy interior.

we got into an accident and suppose to get a rental from them via insurance and refuse us as we do not have a credit card but have cash and when family offer to help they refuse us again as it not our card. extremely rude with customer

Never answers phone. The voicemail message sounds oh so appealing, NOT. Given I've worked at an enterprise recently before I know you're supposed to answer before the 3rd ring no matter what.

I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF $$ ON RENTALS FROM ENTERPRISE IN THE PAST 6 YEARS BUT This location is the worst enterprise in canada ANYTIME we try and get a rental we gotta call wait for hours for someone to call us back (If they do at all) WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 4 DAYS NOW FOR SOMEONE TO CALL US BACK NEVER DO THEY HAVE CARS/TRUCKS FOR RENT BUT YOU DRIVE BY AND THE LOT IS FULL OF RENTALS ALSO THE 1 THING THAT SEPERATES ENTERPRISE FROM OTHER RENTAL PLACES IS THE COURTESY SHUTTLE AND YOU WOULD THINK BEING IN A SMALL TOWN WHERE THE BUSES RUN 1 TIME A DAY AND THE TAXI COMPANY SERIOUSLY FORGETS YOU CALLED THIS LOCATION FLAT OUT REFUSES TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM MY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ANYONE TRYING TO RENT A CAR GO TO NORTHBAY OR ANYWHERE ELSE THE PEOPLE" THAT RUN THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC RUDE TIME WASTING JUDGEMENTAL my 15 yr old daughter could run this business on her worst day better then these ppl do now they charge you what they WANT to charge you IF I COUKD GIVE -STARS I WOULD 100% OF THE TIME CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO STEP IN AND SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR LET SOMEONE THAT ACRULLY WANTS TO WORK RUN IT"

its a good thing i take pictures..this location just tried to scam a $35 refueling charge to me..i will not be returning and i will be warning people

The lady refused to honour reservation due to colour of my skin. She wouldn’t search my name or look up the confirmation number and immediately said all the cars were rented out. She rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in.

I am always treated VERY well and courteously. The owner does a remarkable job providing vehicles and going the extra mile to meet my needs. As the only employee, she works very hard and does a great job!

They had a car available right away, remembered my name and where I needed to go when I returned the car two days later. Great service!
