Fix-It-Chick Appliance Repair
I called Kath on a Thursday. She phoned me back within 24 hours. Kath had my washer drain pump replaced by Tuesday, before the work day was done. She was very busy but still was able to fit me in with open communication. I will use Kath again for appliance repairs. Thank you for being a good business owner and a kind person.

Our refrigerator malfunctioned the day before thanksgiving. Kathy diagnosed what she thought was problem, found the correct part and came out Thanksgiving morning to make the repair. She also helped us navigate getting the repair assigned to her with our home warranty company saving us money. Would not hesitate to recommend her

The woman would not take a credit card I had no money in my checking account and she said I could post date it and she would not cash it immediately she cashed it because my bank doesn't put things in for 2 days now I am overdrawn I am on so Security Disability I cannot afford this she is cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars I will never ever use this service again

Called and talked to Kathy - she talked me through how to find the tag with the model #s etc. She came out the next day - determined problem and replaced the part and was gone in a little over an hour -- would not hesitate to call her again for any of my appliance repair work!

Called Kathy and explained what was going on with our stove. We went through a few question over the phone and she came over the next day and fixed the ignitor on the stove. Also it was a fair price. Great job!

Service person was Kathy. We were astounded that she came the SAME DAY. She was very knowledgeable about all the manufacturers & models.
