John was very thorough. I felt like everything was taken into consideration while he inspected the house, whether big or small. He was able to give me some guidance in what I would be looking at for future repairs and what needs were most immediate to address. I appreciate all the photos and explanations as well as the virtual walk through and floor plan guide that was included in the package. John Goulet did several pre-purchase home inspections for my husband and I. Some tests merely provided peace of mind knowing all was well, while others discovered problems that needed to be rectified prior to purchase. Very thorough inspection, and done incredibly promptly! Documents from the inspection were descriptive, included photographs of any potential concern areas and we opted for the 3D tour option which was quite impressive. John answered my questions prior to the inspection taking place, which was helpful since I live out of state and wouldn't be at the inspection. Ryan, my home inspector, answered my questions after I received his reports. Both explained items to me that I wasn't familiar with due to current home I own doesn't have same equipment or items inspected. Both were very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I would hire them again for a home inspection.
