Ordered half a dozen roses bouquet to be delivered to my girlfriend's workplace for valentines day. It was delivered on time and my gf loves the flowers! Very easy to communicate with Crystal!

The Firm I work at has been using Floral Envy for many, many years, and their arrangements are always so beautiful, imaginative and seasonally appropriate. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their shop used to be in the downtown Sheraton Hotel building on Slater St., so if you liked them when they were there, you will still like them because they are just as good now as they always were.

I recently ordered flowers for a relative's birthday. My relative lives close to Floral Envy but I gave Crystal the wrong contact phone number to contact my relative. And I was ordering the flowers and a gift basket on the actual day (birthday). Crystal went by my relative's house and tried to deliver the gift basket; no answer at the door and no answer on the phone number. Crystal must have reached out to me three times, until I finally got the correct number from another relative, and Crystal was able to connect via text with my cousin. However, Crystal could not deliver the basket until after hours - and she pleasantly and willing made this delivery, after hours. The basket was beautiful and much appreciated by my relative! This is what I call extraordinary service - above and beyond. Thank you so very much, Crystal!

Crystal went above and beyond to get these flowers delivered to my mom for her 82nd bday. My mom decided to take a nap when Crystal was trying to get them delivered. She communicated back and forth with me till delivery was a success. My mom was so surprised and happy. The arrangement was gorgeous. Thanks so much for great service.
