Advance Exterior was one of the companies I contacted to get a quote. Right from the start I was impressed with their professional and friendly approach. Mike called before he arrived. While he was at our residence, he answered all of my questions and told me to contact him if I had any concerns and/or thought of any more questions. When the job was getting done, the guys kept me informed of everything they were doing. They show us pics of spots where wood needed to be replaced, and did a great job cleaning up. The new shingles look great. We need to get our soffit fascia and gutter replace and will be getting AE to do the work. I recommend AE to anyone who need their roof re-shingled.

Advance Exteriors did the soffit, fascia and eavestrough on my original house and new attached garage. I didn’t know anyone who had used them before but they had good reviews and I received a good price. The crew of 6 showed up on-time and worked very hard all day in the blazing hot weather. Very professional and polite crew! Received a call shortly after project was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the final result. Pricing was fair, communication was great and the follow-up shows a level of customer service not often seen in the renovation business. I highly recommend this company!

Dusty & his team did everything they said they would, including getting on calls with other trades to work out timing & details etc. which I think is beyond normal expectations for most trades on a smaller residential project like ours was. Work was done on time, any items or concerns brought up were quickly remediated. Very honest company that sticks by their word and does quality work, would recommend to others.

Great company! We just had our entire house stripped of the old rotted siding and then sheeted, wrapped and new siding and aluminum put on. Mike gave us the estimate last year and he was very thorough and straight up with us. He left us with a competitive professional estimate for the entire project. We were contacted to start in early April. Kirby and Cody were the installers and to say they did a great job is an understatement! The project took approximately 5 weeks to complete. Kirby was meticulous and REALLY cares about doing a perfect job. He was always so patient and willing to explain things to us. He always communicated with us on arrival times. When the guys left each day, they informed us and did an immaculate job of cleaning up and leaving the site clean. Kirby's workmanship is top notch! When he ran into obstacles, he calmly overcame them and always had a great solution for everything. Mike came down periodically to check on the job and take progress photos and videos - even though he is a very busy guy with lots of jobs on the go. We HIGHLY recommend using Advance Exteriors for your project. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the job and all the people we dealt with from this company. Excellent work

We had a negative experience with another contractor who failed to appear to complete work last year. Dusty came recommended by our neighbor across the street and appeared to have completed her home with a high level of craftsmanship.We had Mike come to quote eaves, downspouts, fascia and soffits, we found the price last year with the contractor we selected to be mid range but that contractor also came recommended last year(but then last years contractor didn't show up, ignored our follow up calls and texts).The quote was below the quote from the other contractor last year despite aluminum prices having steeply increased since receiving quotes last year from the other company.Workers were on time first thing in the morning by 8-830am, I was away in a training seminar and they conducted themselves respectfully towards my wife. They tolerated working around our two dogs when in the backyard without complaint as the dogs are in and out a lot. In fact, they wrestled the maniac canines in a friendly manner and played with them when meeting them.Clean up was sufficient, they had taken extra care where our chimney was showing signs of water damage to caulk preventatively as part of the service where the fascia penetrated the stucco, and patched the decaying area above(a task I had planned in the next few weeks until I can do stucco repair when the weather warms, very much appreciated!).Top to bottom, I have no complaints, every member of the staff who contacted us was courteous and they take a no pressure approach which was refreshing.As we have other projects this year ( fence, deck, patio, other landscaping). We had them perform the structural concerns causing us distress: damaged/decaying eaves, downspouts and fascia, leaving the soffits for when we can afford it, which they installed the above they prepped for the easy install later of soffits. They focused on what we could afford and what was priority and left the rest prepared for ease of install later this year/next year.We plan to have them out for our garage when the budget permits, and to finish the soffits when we can afford the remainder.As a business owner myself, I found Advance Exteriors to have reliable business relations and I definitely will be recommending them to clients and friends/family.Thank you for the great work performed yesterday!
