TKR in August 2022. Very disappointed with the room I was in, very untidy . I was unable to shower as it was being used for storage, which meant a lot of interruptions whilst I was trying to rest following surgery. The nurses were absolutely wonderful. Follow up care by Dr Zarnett not as it should have been, I was told I would have had three telephone consultations after my surgery 6 weeks, three months and six months, but so far I have only had one call from him at six weeks. (I am now six months post surgery).Not sure I could recommend Clearpoint Toronto considering the cost of my surgery and the lack of aftercare.

I had an excellent and professional experience with Clearpoint and I absolutely recommend this clinic. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Martin was truly fantastic to work with. To my surprise, there's a number of reviews on here that I don't feel accurately reflect the excellent quality of the clinic, which is especially important as people shop around for private clinics. I had the option of waiting years to get a minor surgery in BC, but I was able to get into this clinic within a month and recieve excellent service. I was very satisfied with choosing Clearpoint.

I am 6 months out after left hip replacement. Dr Duffy did excellent work and I would recommend him highly. Hero in the admin area was so nice to work with and assist thru out of province obstacles. Great team!

I will keep this factual. I saw 2 doctors at the Riley Park Location. The first was Dr. Schachar. She was rude to me, accused me of having a prior injury, personally did not examine me, and disputed findings reported by a radiologist. She then denied me an MRI arthrogram, that was recommended after the first MRI was abnormal (actually scoffed at me). I subsequently paid for my own MRI arthrogram, which showed a torn labrum/chondral fissuring, which she misdiagnosed. When I obtained her WCB notes, she said I was catastrophizing"

I had hip replacement done in March 2022. I can’t say enough about the wonderful quality of care from intake personnel to the surgical team, post care givers and physio. I am 3 1/2 months post surgery and I have my life back!

Today I Tried to re schedule my intial appointment as its clashing with my class room , RESCEPTIONIST CALLED ME RIDICULOUS.FOR CHANGING MY APPOINTMENT . I CONFRONTED HER FOR THE WORD USED BY HER TOWARDS ME , THEN SHE APPOLOGISED TO ME BUT CASULLY . I HANG UP THE BY SAYING HAVE A GOOD DAY TO THE RECEPTIONIST BUT NO THANK YOU FROM RECEPTION .I M KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSS TO RECEIVE A GOOD TREATMENT BY THIS CLINIC .BEING AS A IMMIGRANT CITIZEN ITS ALWAYS A BIG CHALLENGE TO GET RESPECT BY WHITE PEOPLE IN CANADA .

Will use them again in the future. Very happy with everything overall. No regrets at all. Surgeon was a rockstar, nurses all stars as well. Admin staff was great and quite patient with me from start to finish. Will be going out of my way to recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service at this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Timmerman and Nurse Victoria, she walked me to the door of the building even though the temperature was below -30 degrees. Thanks to everyone who made this surgery possible.
