Melanie was amazing!!! She went over every detail, got aquainted with my pup and kitty cats. She made sure ahe understood exactly what we wanted for our baby!! Our dog is terrified of the hair dryer and she did amazing at comforting her through the entire process!! And we had a very happy puppy at the end!!!HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!
