My grandma at the old McDonald farm has been requesting Brian's help for months and he keeps promising to stop by when he's around but never shows up. Now her RV is comprised and she's very unhappy. She's going with another company because Brian's so unreliable.

I was totally impressed by the quality of workmanship. And dealing with Brian was awesome as he took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks Brian I couldn't be happier.

I was a little nervous about booking an appointment with the company since there was only one other review to go from. Our fridge, water heater, ac/heater was not working. Brian replaced the Circuit board on the fridge and water heater and replace the wiring for the AC and heater. Everything works perfectly. We are extremely happy with the service Brian provided and highly recommend him!

A RV roof vent I put onto a project 4 years ago, recently disintegrated & I was looking for a new one. Canadian tire doesn't even carry parts for the kits they sell (they were happy to offer to sell me a whole new kit for $102 though), and Peavey mart was no better.I went to this place & the folks had both white & smoke colour options, for cheaper, and made suggestions on how to make sure stuff is easier to install, easier to seal, easier to work with & how to make sure this doesn't happen again. ALL for a price point I certainly didn't expect. The gent said it's because they want to make a customer for the long term. They were VERY professional, knowledgeable and most of all, HELPFUL!I cannot recommend these folks enough. If you need parts or repairs, definitely talk with these folks!

100% highly recommended for all your RV needs. He went above and beyond to ensure we were good to go for our camping trip. I am so grateful for his expertise. If he’s booked up, he’s definitely worth the wait!!! We’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic group of people here. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend Heartland in a second. Even answered the phone after closing time and helped us out with something very simple I had overlooked. We are brand new to rving and they took the time to give us tips and answer questions. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

I had one of the propane burners on my stove and the gravity furnace in my 1980 Roadway camper serviced here. Brian did an awesome job and the staff was very helpful in getting my camper off loaded and reloaded again. I definitely recommend them!

My husband stayed in Stettler with our RV very recently. He hired Brian to deal with a water leak on our washer/dryer combo unit along with a few minor repairs and some retail.The service was impeccable and Brian was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, diligent and affordable.We would strongly recommend his services long before taking your unit to a dealership.
