K & C Nails Spa

Just moved to Okotoks and was in dire need of a nail fill. I walked into K&C Nails and they were very professional and accommodating. Being my first visit I asked questions to get to know the place and really appreciated Crystal’s help with understanding a bit about the Ownership, found out she was the daughter of the Owners, which I love as I know I’m supporting small business owners. Megan got my nails back in tip-top shape in record time, I really appreciate her ability to do a great job in a short amount of time. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

My toes are filed uneven. It took way longer than expected and the services were very expensive and the massage was extremely minimal. Not all that thrill. Likely won’t be back and it was my first time going there. Charging an addition $20 for shellac is a rip off.

Thought I would give this place a try as its close to my house, very disappointing visit and will not return.I got a mani pedi with basic polish on toes and a clear top coat on hands which came to $90 before tip.At the start i explained i really wanted to give my nails a break and just wanted them back to natural. This was addressed with disapproval from 2 techs that spoke to me as if I was doing something wrong by not getting the shellac polish. I continued to explain why I didn't want shellac but felt like I was being upsold which made for an awkward hour.My pedicure tech didn't trim, file or shape my toe nails at all, as for my hands...the pictures speak for themselves. When I asked to speak to a manager I was rudely told that they aren't in until 3:00 and would call me later. I went back in after work and was brushed off and given a $10 gift card as compensation.

I got my nails toe painted and they look fantastic. Great prices and really fast! I always go here.

The staff is so friendly! The location is clean and comfortable. They do a great job on my nails every time!

Julie usually does my nails here. She does a lovely massage of my legs and feet for a pedicure and my nails always look great. I feel very comfortable in K AND C nails and have been going for many years. I like the friendliness, Julie always chats to me, and the other staff are great too. I highly recommend them.

I rarely take the time to review. I felt compelled to take the time to shout out Anthony at K & C nails. His kind, professional attitude was above and beyond. In addition he did the best job on my nails. I have been to many nail techs over the years and I can comfortably say, Anthony is one of the best! Thank you and I will definitely be back and requesting Anthony’s services!

I had a shellac pedicure by Julie. Wonderful experience! Left with smooth feet, pretty nails and feeling relaxed. Julie was very lovely to talk to also. Highly recommend!

I love this place staff is friendly, if they can accommodate they will. I get ingrown toenails and I always leave with them fixed. Just a very clean welcoming environment.
