First is that the 3 nice reviewsAre written by the owner. The are mean an snotty. They seem to think there better then everyone. The next plumber I called said they have heard how mean and unprofessional they are. So don't call them . I hope some people see this before erased .

Had a great experience with this company, from the receptionist to the plumber. Courteous, professional, and most importantly...prompt. A nice guy by the name of Mike unplugged my main cellar drain, he was very thorough and explained some things along the way, and the price was reasonable. I’ll be a return customer, not only for my drains but other plumbing as well.

I definitely recommend. I had a blockage in my basement with a sewage mess on my floor and Dave came out on a Saturday morning to fix the issue. He was very polite, nice and he didn’t mind me watching or talking with him. Fixed it in no time making it look so easy. Very well price and great service. I will be using them again But hopefully not too soon. Lol.GREAT JOB!

We had a drain backup and needed quick service. Bonnie was great at arranging and keeping us updated when service would arrive. Took care of problem quickly and very reasonably priced.

We had a water/sewage backup problem. We called and arranged a time to come out. Serviceman arrived promptly; and unblocked the drain in short order. Everything has been working well since. We will definitely use them again. Pricing was very fair.

I have called many different plumbers over the years of homeownership. The main issue for most of my plumbing needs has been roots in my pipes. They are the most reliable, fastest service ,professional and very very very reasonably priced. Side don't never had one of their guys with plumber's crack lol I recommend them to everybody who ever asks for a plumber

I will definitely recomend the Drain Doc to my friends they did a great job all across the board,I'd say unless you have plumber in your family you can rely on,Call these guys. They were fast, they did what they said when they said they would do it, and for a VERY fair price.Two thumbs up!!!
