2023: I am so happy to have found Working Silver, a Canadian business. Wide array of supplies.I ordered on July 3, got an email on July 7 indicating processing was done and a tracking number for my package.July 10: I just received my package!I also asked a question got an answer within hours.Another thing I appreciate enormously is shipping via Canada Post.So very satisfied with Working Silver!!Thank you to them and team.

An amazing female-owned/ran studio and supplier of all thing jewellery. The tools and silver etc are always reasonably and fairly priced. The jewellery classes are amazing and I would advise anyone to take one if they have a chance. Kathy is an amazing teacher and business owner.

I took the spinner ring class and loved it!Indeed the best studio in town.The class was very well explained, paced and I walked out of the studio with my ring.I highly recommend it.

Took the beginner intensive class and it was great, I learned a ton. I've been back to shop many times and there are always great sales on, and they have a really good selection of tools and materials! Really clean and inviting shop.. love the Tuesday open studio time.

So far, lots of talk and in-depth questions about the stone on my grandmothers engagement ring and temperatures and heating up the silver.. Stated I did not want it bent and possibly fatigue I wanted it soft heated and repaired which they did not do. They lied, misrepresented, and even hung up on me before any dispute it all

Absolutely Amazing!I came into this shop as an absolute nobody and being a scruffy bearded gent wearing a leather jacket im honestly not at all used to being treated so kindly as i have here. i walked in as they were having a class and immediately i was kindly asked if i needed help and lead to what i needed to find right away by some very sweet mannered staff.As an absolute beginner into wire work they definitely made me feel confident and wanted to see some of my work as soon as it was done. The simple compliments they had left me made me feel great and definitely motivated me to try harder in my learning curve.I wish i had the names of the two staff that made my visit such a pleasant experience.Cannot wait to go back to give these people my money. They deserve it!

Very helpful and informative with great products.Was able to get what I needed to solder silver and got some free advice while I was there.

Best equipped studio and excellent instruction. Highly recommend even if you are a newbie.
