I can’t stress how amazing the employees are at this store. Always willing to go above and beyond to help me. Today I brought an tech issue from my phone and the employee spent an extra hour of his time to solve my problem. I am grateful for their selfless efforts to help. They also fix water damage and broken screens. I highly recommend this store!!!!

Went in to get a screen protector it’s not even a day and the screen protector is all cracked… without me even dropping my phone or anything. Waste of 25 dollars and their products aren’t even good

DONT BUY ANYTHING OR GET ANY SERVICE ON YOUR PHONE DONE FROM THIS PLACE. I got a battery replacement for an iPhone 11 pro and it was defective, after approximately 1 month it stopped working and couldn't hold a charge for more the 20 minutes. I went back he replaced the battery and the second one was worse, after 10 minutes the phone would die. I went back to get another battery letting the person there know that his parts are defective and he wouldn't do it. These people are SCAMMERS.Don't give this place business, there crooks selling defective parts.

They repaired my screen and it screwed up the touch completely. I then dropped it half a foot off the ground and there was internal damage. I let them know and they said there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault. It was a sad day at Hillcrest Mall.
