I stopped in for lunch on the way to work, I was served in a timely manner, I had the Sausage on a bun and a order of Fries and Gravy. The fries were done to perfection and the Gravy. OMG The Gravy. I have lived from Petty Harbor NFLD to Port Alberni BC and Big D's Gravy rates up there with the best I have ever had. It makes you want to just order a cup of it in a mug and drink it. Speed of Service 5 Stars, Friendliness of Staff 5 Stars, Quality of Food 5 Stars. I wish they had delivery even if it was just Thurs, Fri, Saturday. But what they do have is fabulous and I encourage anyone to try them out.

We just got some lunch sandwiches from there, a roast beef and havarti and a ham and Swiss. With a side of fries. All of it was absolutely delicious. We will be returning for sure to try the fajitas and tacos!

The food is excellent and the service is even better. The service is incredibly friendly it is a small cosy establishment that has put very good thought into their menu to please everyone.Napanee needed a place like this where you can get true home cooking at a very reasonable price. Their thin Italian pizza is second only to true Italian pizza from Italy! I highly recommend big D’s and we will continue to frequent there. Fish Friday night is not to be missed and it’s fantastic because you can order everything on their menu as takeout with 15 to 20 minutes notice. Highly recommend!!!

The pizza was terrible The toppings slid off. The dough was saturated. Asked for rising crust and was given thin crust. So much tomato you could not taste the cheese. We were not given any plates paper towels or utensils even though we were dining in.

Have tried many items off of the menu and have never been disappointed. You can tell the amount of time and care that goes into each order. Highly Recommend!!!!

Our food was delicious and the service was quick during the lunch time rush. We ordered the fish tacos, pizza, burgers, salads and club wraps. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared with obvious quality ingredients. Bravo big D!
