4280 Pho and Gourmet Take-Out

Very disappointing, don't waste your money!I ordered a bowl of pho (Beef soup) for $9.00 on Thursday Feb. 18, 2021. Not sure what kind of weird grizzly meat the slices of meat balls were made of, but it wasn't beef (possibly pork) there was not much to the small bowl of soup, barely any noodles and a very big price tag. Furthermore, she didn't even fill the bowl, it was 3/4 full. The soup is not worth more than $5.00. I also bought a Guinness skillet Irish beef stew (1.5lb for $14) from the freezer menu. Another big overpriced disappointment! The first bit I took, I crunched into a raw potato. It was barely cooked. I will have to pick out the potatoes, cook my own and add them the the very bland low quality stringy meat. It's a shame because the concept is great and Dover desperately needs some good Asian cuisine, but this is not it!

Wonderful family-run spot for delicious takeout. Ordering in advance for pick up was super convenient. A lovely addition to the Port Dover food scene.

Amazing quality food. Highly recommend. Had almost everything on menu and it’s really fresh and delicious.

Have tried both the beef and chicken phò here, both are absolutely amazing!

What a hidden gem. The pho was amazing, easily the best I've ever had. Spring rolls were phenomenal.When I placed my order, the first thing they said was the sandwiches (Bahn mi). were sold out. Based on the rest of the food, I cannot wait to try it again and get the Bahn mi.Very friendly staff (assuming owners). More than happy to take time to describe the work they put into making their dishes. It's easy to see the pride they take in their work and you can taste the results when you dive in. Bon Appétit!

Have been twice now and tried everything off of their small menu except for the chicken pho. Everything was tasty and very well priced. The pad Thai wasn't exactly what I'm used to but was again, tasty. I will continue to go regularly now.

i never ever leave reviews but this is the one place i think it’s necessary. such kind people and delicious food; my favorite spot for takeout❤️❤️

Finally managed to stop in to this little hole in the wall and it was worth the wait! With a rotating menu we grabbed the pork and noodles and beef pho from this week's selection and both meals were amazing. Definitely recommend getting a spring roll to add an appetizer! For their price you simply can't pick a better lunch spot.

Tiny shop hidden behind RBC Bank. This might be my single favorite spot in Norfolk. We have some great food but this might just be the best. You can't go wrong. Just make sure its open before you go. The couple that own it run it alone so they aren't open late. Super nice people too. Beef pho, spring roll, and the sandwich. Trust me.
