Wine Country Custom Homes

We are the third owner of a beautiful custom built home built by Wine Country Homes in 2003. At that time the builder was using NAP Windows and Doors. We have had some real issues with our windows which NAP has chosen not to address. We felt an obligation to Pat Hayko letting him know our concerns hoping he might have an influence with this manufacturer. Pat confirmed they have not used this supplier for a long time and assured me that he would be sending an email to his present window provider asking them to contact us to provide a competitive replacement cost quote. Within days Pure View Window and Door were at our home, measured and provided a very attractive quote. We are so fortunate to have had a home builder like Wine Country Homes who cares about customer satisfaction and his company's reputation. Pure View has also been outstanding in customer service and communication. I know Pat did not have to do this for us and to him we are truly grateful.
