Honestly, great service. Rented a storage unit for a bit, fantastic. They started up a PO box service. It's so good. Especially as someone who's in and out of town, knowing my parcels are safe and I can get them any time I'm back in town, during business hours, is such a relief. Couldn't be happier with their services.

I had a storage unit here for a year and a half. During which time there had been a detrimental break in and theft, and the gate stopped working completely each winter, which meant I had to walk through the snow and crawl between a tight spot in minus 50 to get to my unit. Not a great experience. What has finally made me pull the plug on this place is after this they are now hiking rental prices. Prices that were already the highest I have ever paid. I have had storage units in alberta and bc-vancouver at that- and have never experienced such poor value. I'd recommend a different storage facility.Although staff are not always pleasant they are always efficient, which matters more to me.Ps. Bring your own shovel in winter.
