Excellent service. Drop off, pickup, and assembly included. Very nice people to deal with. Professional and courteous and on time with everything. Communicated well and the soft play equipment was clean. The kids had a blast on it. The rollercoaster was a hit. Perfect for a group of 7 kids aged 1 to 3 for a holiday party.6 stars.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justyna and her husband were amazing throughout the entire process and hit the nail on the head with making my vision come true. If your little one has a special day coming up I highly recommend.

Innisfil Backyard Bounce
We recently rented a bouncy castle for our son’s 4th birthday and I’d highly recommend Innisfil Backyard Bounce. Their prices are cheaper than others, they have a huge selection, the owners were lovely to deal with (they answered any questions I had before hand & were very nice in all our interactions), the bouncy castle was clean & in great condition, and it was relatively easy to set up (you just need a bit of muscle power to move it)!

Second time renting a bouncy castle from Innisfil Backyard Bounce and so impressed! What a great deal first of all, to pay once and get it for the whole weekend - wow! This year we opted for a water bouncer and the kids had so much fun going down the slide into the pool below. It even had basketball nets! Hours of fun were had. Top notch quality, amazing customer service, convenient pickup/drop off location, easy to set up and take down. Take your next party up a level and rent from these guys!!

Innisfil Backyard Bounce
This is a must have for your baby birthday or any other event. I rented soft play for my baby boy first bd and let me tell you every one loved it. Kids had so much fun and adults also enjoyed their time and had time to hang out since kids were playing all the time.I really liked their customer service. Owner were polite and professional. They showed up on time to set up the playground. It was clean and ready to use. I really enjoyed their service and surly use it in future.

I found Justyna and staff to be extremely helpful. I have rented castles a few times and first and foremost the castles were immaculate. I appreciate the clearly stated directions on how to care and how to best transport the bouncer for safe and easy pick up and drop off. Should they get wet, they become very heavy. Their pick up and drop off times give a decent window of availability. They offer tutorials on how to refold on their website. I highly recommend them and would rent again in a heartbeat. They have always been available for questions.

I could gush about these guys all day but ill just say if you want an incredible event, this is who you have to call. The customer service is exceptional and Justyna is so kind and understanding, definitely went above and beyond for my party! 10/10 ive found my party people for life!

Innisfil Backyard Bounce
It’s always a great time renting inflatables from this company. They’re super nice people and have a huge selection of inflatables to chose from. Rented from the twice now and didn’t disappoint. Really like that they’ll rent you the inflatable for a whole weekend for the price of what others charge for a few hours. If you want to rent an inflatable you have to check them out!!
