They were not able to help me,whereas our granddaughter was able to correct the issue within minutes,everything is now as it was with .Emails which were recovered in minutes,all contacts all photos,all Email msgs,,,

Sandra has always been great even when there is no business to be done and she is just helping. I had a massive issue with Bell and thought I would just drop by MiCell as a last resort after getting the run around on the phone for days. She went out of her way and offered to ship a device back that hadn't even been setup at her store and was sincere. Not what I experienced with the three different Bell reps I has spoken to prior.

Matthew is a true expert at what he does. He had no issue understanding our centralized smart home system request, and integrating Bell with that.He is on time, responsive to questions via text and doesn’t hesitate to make a service call. Excellent customer service and we were happy to learn we have a local person that can help us with our rural technology, internet and devices!
