We had Bryan come and look about replacing some glass in one of our windows and some glass from a door side light. He took a putty knife and ripped some of the wooden trim off around the window. He stated he would replace it when he put the new glass in. He also told us he would be back later that week or early next week to take out the other window so he could order the new glass. It's been over two months and a couple phone calls and nothing. So I guess I have to repair the damage he did and find a company that wants to do the work and will do what they say they will do.
