Burlington Inn

Not exactly my first choice. All the other hotels/motels were booked, so we had to stay here. The room was a smokers" room and wasn't too clean

Filthy and unkempt. My room had mould all across the shower curtain. The windowsill had dozens of spiders and bugs, more dead. There was garbage in my room when I got there and the Internet was slow at very best. My room had a really old tube style TV that couldn't have been more than 16 or 18 inches. The walkways were very unkempt and had a plethora of spiders in every crevice and corner. The only positive they brought to the table was being ten bucks cheaper than the rest, but my god do you ever pay for it.Go to the motel six. Ten bucks more expensive and everything you'll expect from a quality establishment.

I was housed there by the company I was hired for. Had been staying in other CBV inn, no problems... But this location was managed pretty badly I dare say... The toilet was clogged and overflowing already when I first stepped into the room. The lady at the front desk was nice enough though to lend me a plunger.... I had to unclog the toilet myself. No smoking room, with a lot of cigarette burns... Everywhere. I could also smell smoke (a lot) throughout my stay. Kitchenette?!?! A microwave is now a full kitchenette people, apparently. The garbage bin was so small too... Had to leave garbage all over the counter, wich is part of the awesome kitchenette mentioned earlier..

Staff is friendly and easy going. Rooms are nice and clean. Mattress was a little hard. We enjoyed our short stay here would recommend to others. Gentleman I spoke to said they are undergoing name change to Burlington Inn.

I knew going in that this wasn't the Ritz and am OK with that. The hotel was rather easy to find. Although I was a very late arrival, the night clerk was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean although it could use some revitalization. The TV didn't work but I didn't come here to watch TV. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot.

This hotel is okay, I was in a bit of a panic to find something so I ended up here while in Welland. It's dated, a little noisey and rough around the edges, however they are working on renovations and it's clean. It's inexpensive, so I would say average for its price range. Breakfast is included, not hot breakfast, just continental. The staff seems friendly, and they are trying to do a good job. The pool area is pretty nice, really a decent place for families on a budget.

Decently clean. Quiet. The issue I have is that they process the deposit as an actual purchase, not as a hold, and then process a refund at check-out time. They also insisted on inspecting our room. I don't know what kind of people frequent their hotel, but management certainly doesn't trust their guests. I also resent having to show ID just to sleep.

Bad customer service when I stayed previously and seems still the same. Very unclean... There was garbage behind my bed it was very dusty. Bad if you have allergies. The drawers had dirt and hair in them.The walls are REALLY thin.My towel and face cloth both had stainsWhen I went to get my damage deposit and checkout but no one was in the office I waited nearly 30 minutes, ended up having to leave without it and go back next time I was in town.Booked a room and cancelled my reservation 8 hours later, (4-12) and they still charged me 112.00 cancelation fee.. Like they didn't have more then enough time to fill that room!I will never go here again.

Clean and reasonably priced hotelGot upgraded to king size bed upon arrival which was great! Room is spacious and with welcoming atmosphere. The stuff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely will be staying there again

I booked online through a travel site upon arriving it was a different price. After a 7 hour flight and it being 12 at night I wasnt to concerned with 15$ difference the room was cold and there was no way to adjust it as it was controlled by the owner. No vending machine even though they said there was on the signs on the walls . All this was bad but not the end of the world but the real surprise was that after a couple weeks I noticed a charge for almost 1500 $ on my credit card for lulu lemon this was the only spot I used my new credit card at . The fraud department with my credit card company cant tell me who used it but it's a very big coincidence that the card was charged after dealing with this hotel. I would not recommend
