Today we started a new lease with Minerva, and as a longtime client I was yet again impressed with the ease, simplicity and speed of the entire process. The customer experience is entirely different from working with larger leasing companies—and better in every way. Suzan took care of every detail and handled our technically complex order with amazing swiftness and efficiency. When I asked about a shipping modification AFTER the order was placed, she made it happen without hesitation. Everything was completed the same day.We got a great lease rate, exactly the term we wanted, and low (tax smart) payments to avoid a lump-sum hit to our cash flow or any negative impact on our future borrowing potential. Perfect in every way.I only wish everything in business could be as pleasant as leasing with Minerva. My highest recommendation.
