I really was looking for a way to reach the Port Weller Lighthouse and the GPS directed me to the road where I got to the Lock 1 and I was lucky to watch CSL NIAGARA passing by...and I never got to the lighthouse. I will keep the hunt

They should have this place closed or put time when they came and go because they maybe don’t want to know when they are taking the drogs in and out I think that’s the reason

Very cool lock system. If you are planning on making a transit on a pleasure craft then make sure you have a reservation on thiwr website! You need one to enter, and it cannot be done day of. Also need 3+ people and or a crew rental to make the transit. They are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful to have on board.

Got to watch a ship go through the lock and the bridge lift up.The ship is Algoma Sault.Cool, if you're into that kind of stuff.
