Always had great service until today. Never seen this woman before: she didn't wait until the end of my sentence to tell me all their stock was already out, and she didn't understand the concept of 'try on a different colour in the right size so you know what to order from the website'. It's not 'try on one that's the right colour but possibly three or four sizes too big.'

I have been shopping here for certain items for years and never experienced such bad customer service than I did tonight. An employee by the name of Pat was very rude and abrupt when i was asking about a few different pairs of shoes and proceeding to cut me off when i was talking. Another customer even gave me a look afterwards cause I am sure she was as shocked as I was. I get times are tough and people are stressed but - would she want to walk into a store to spend money and get treated like that?! I would think not.

Penningtons calls there bras high quality I am plus size and cant find another place to buy a bra I have purchased 2 high quality bras from Penningtons and both only last 6 months the quality id awful.... i will drive to The usa and get a bra....... Penningtons is not high quality they are garbage

Everytime in the past year I go into this store and the staff don't help anyone except the ones they think will give them a big sale. I was willing to spend anything as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and I needed a top to go with my skirt or a dress. didn't even ask if I was helped. The sign out front says wait and the sales person will be right with you. I wondered around looking I found more help in Walmart than here. There staff needs to be educated on manners I work in the public sector as well all my clients get greeted. These guys didn't even know I was there. For having high prices I think a little more manners is appreciated. I don't be back ill go to the Langley store.

I am very happy that I found the puffer coat which was in the email I received, in store, in my size and the color that I wanted. (I was so disappointed with the Boxing day sale. I had money to spend and not much that interested me.) So, for me to find what I wanted made me one happy customer.

Positive: sizing is good for large women. Prices are bearable and regular specials are great. Negative: a lot of old lady type clothes. A lot of polyester clothes. I have to pick over the entire website and store to find stylish clothing made with natural fibers.
