CLIMATE CLINIC

I called Sunday when our furnace was making sounds like it was going to die. They called me first thing Monday morning to book an appointment for a few days later. Within an hour and a half, there was a knock at my door and the technician had shown up to see if he could determine what was wrong and whether parts would need to be ordered. Today, they showed up with the part and the service was incredible. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business to everybody.

Great company and staff!! Finally got gas for my fireplace and cook stove! You can tell by the attitude of the men they like what they do and they did an awesome job! I bow to the man who had to crawl through a very small, dirty basement ledge to bring the line through! Wow! Jason your staff on the phone and on the road ROCK!Thank you so much!!!

Great service! They came to light my fireplace pilot at my seasonal cabin and did some tidying up also as they saw it was needed (cleaned fire box, inspected fire box).

We recently bought a house in Southampton,had to update the heating system. (From base board to HVAC) We decided to go with Jason's suggestions and don't regret it! He and his team were very knowledgeable and professional during the process.

This past winter of 2022, This company (based out of southampton) received a phone call from a 60+ year old retired man asking for a routine inspection and repair as his furnace had stopped working. In the beginning everything went as expected. Techs took 2 weeks to replace a basic part (two weeks in the freezing cold) refusing to answer the phone or return any calls. After that (furnace still not functioning) they said they would be back to finish repair and left this man for 7 weeks with no updates, would not answer phone or return calls. The individuals daughter wrote them an email stating how wrong this treatment was and the manager replied with complete ignorance. To this date they still have not repaired the furnace.This man had been sleeping in his winter coat all winter while they happily finished other jobs and basically left him to attempt to survive the elements of an Ontario winter. This is complete elderly abuse and absolutely disgustingand unacceptable Behavior. They deserve to be boycotted and shamed for such tortuous behavior.UPDATE:Well, your reply to my initial review was absolutely littered with lies (as expected) but, in the midst of your false claims you've clearly shown the rest of the public how unprofessional you are by disclosing confidential information. You've made public not only a customer's Name, but his address. ( screenshot has been taken incase you attempt to edit it out) Confidentiality standards are basic business practice and backed by Canadian law. Do yourself and your clients a favor and do better. On the plus side, you've managed to leash your utter belligerent ignorance in the face of the public eye. Good job, baby steps.

Excellent service every time! They're super quick to come out and do the work and the installers are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Outstanding experience replacing our HVAC system start to finish (estimate to installation). Everyone was professional, responsive to our questions and quality oriented. Very pleased with the workmanship and equipment.

I phone them they did not answer the phone. It's their job to turn off my gas stove. Now, it may they have other people than me. I don't have a gas button, but it might turn the wrong way

Jason came to quote months before the A/C installation would be needed - on time and with a very fair price. Promised to hold the quoted price regardless of any potential price changes. His crew returned on the specified day, on time - finished within the single day and charged not-a-penny over the original quote. They also arranged the subcontract for the electrical work and BJ Electric followed through just as reliably as Climate Clinic. Yes, response time can be spotty but everyone is struggling with staffing issues these days and I can tolerate some minor frustrations for service this good. I do recommend this company!

My Aunt contacted Climate clinic to have her gas heat stove fixed. It was under warranty, but they wanted to charge her for servicing it. She had a friend contact them to resolve the issue.Now that she had that problem, Climate Clinic refuses to deal with her in future, even though she was going to have air conditioning put in her unit by them. They lost a sale and she is telling all her friends about this unprofessional business. My Aunt is 92 and deserves respect.
