This Shoppers Drugmart on Central Park Drive, has awesome manager Imelda, as a senior she was so kind to deliver an order after work on her OWN time, I am so grateful there are some generous, kind people in this world, Bless you Imelda.

Fast service and experienced staff. Had to send something internationally and had trouble dealing with other branches. Thanks Palak.

Usually always have a great experience here. Very friendly. Tonight I wanted to send a box to the states and the post office lady told me to fill out the customs form quickly as about to close. I did it quickly and stood in line. She told others behind me that she couldn't take more after me as closing. Then the lady behind me said just wanted stamps and the post lady took her over me! I had the QR code and said why tell me to do it only to take someone else for stamps that was behind me. She said they're closing and no time and I said there's still a few minutes left, can't you just scan it and I'll pay and stick the label on the box!? She proceeded to tell me no because she still had other work duties to do. I'm sorry, but that's just RUDE - I felt so disrespected, treated poorly, lied to, and it was just not necessary and could of been handled better on her part. I understand it was near closing, but don't say you're going to take a customer, then decide to take someone else because they're a little easier" for something as simple as stamps. That lady could of gotten stamps tomorrow or something. I've never been so angry and upset. Hopefully I can ship it tomorrow without any issues or disrespect."

Rude customer service agent never been to a post office like this

Margaret was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She has no manners nor shows any professionalism. I had to do a return for my amazon packages and I went in at 4:30pm. Yet she gave me a lot of attitude. She kept saying we have no space I cant take the big packages. I must've apologized several times even though it was not my fault and I did not want to create a scene. But she just took advantage of it and kept going on and on. I even heard her call her husband in the middle of it and tell him to pick her up 15 mins late. I have taken the liberty to lodge a formal complaint against her in Canada Post. Just because you work with Canada Post does not mean you can treat people however you want. I dont think she deserves her job.

I got a delivery notice 15 days ago and they still don't have my package. I had to create an issue for them to investigate where the package was lost. After 7 days they called me saying I can pick up my package. I went that very same day, and the post office guy was like sorry the system is down. I went to the post office 5 times and called them 10 times and still have not received my package. This is ridiculous, plus when I went to the post office he looked mad at us for showing up. Ridiculous service, I can't believe we are paying for this garbage service.
