Please listen to all the reviews. We brought our cat here because we simply had no choice and were concerned that he had a fever. Just to see someone costed 300$ then once seeing a vet they took him into a back room where we couldn't even see what was going on. They came back and said they want to do tests which would cost over 4 thousand dollars. Just tests. They seem to take advantage of your emotions and could care less about your pet. Just $$$$. They made us feel guilty for not going through with spending thousands on just tests, its honestly awful. I understand it is an emergency clinic but to charge 3x the price is plain extortion. We luckily got an appointment the following day at cote st luc animal hospital and WOW, what a difference. My cat is much better now.Listen to everyone else's reviews and go anywhere else.

I'm a little surprised by the lower star reviews. Maybe they encountered someone who was having a bad day. Or they themselves weren't having a great day.Anyway, we had to go there from New York state, a 2 hour drive, for an emergency kidney situation. They took her in and she ended up having surgery two days later. She was there for four days and they kept us updated on her condition the entire time. The people we encountered from the front desk to the doctors were all very kind and compassionate. Yes, it was extremely expensive but veterinary care is expensive everywhere these days. I recommend if you're young, to get pet medical insurance. It would very much be worth it in the long run.We give this veterinary hospital an A+ rating! Keep up the good work!

Honestly, could not wish for a better experience, even for humans, in an emergency situation . They are so kind and caring, from the vets to the reception to the techs. Amazing followupd and updates, and available for any questions after discharge. Our boy in the photo is well on his road to recovery.

My dog jack swallowed apiece of a racquetball. It was a tiny piece and very hard to recognize in x-rays. It was blocking his intestines, he was dying. These people saved his life. Jack went on to live many healthy years. After 19 years of a wonderful loved life Jack became blind as well as death and one night he was found sprawled out in the hallway crying out in a lot of pain. I made the decision two peacefully put Jack down. I loved Jack and always will, he wasn't just a dog He was a great dog who traveled all over the United States and Canada with me as I'm a truck driver and without the people at this animal hospital Jack wouldn't have made it. So a big thank you to all of you who helped make this man in his dog happy for many years.Thank youDanny Constant

Great service and procedures well explained. We felt our dog was in good hands. Appointment was on time and pick-up easy to schedule. If you are from out of town, the Holiday Inn is across the parking lot and walking distance.

Given the mixed reviews online, I had to post that for urgent care, I am very thankful to the staff of this center and I would recommend this place for urgent pet care needs. All the staff, on phones, technicians, and vet (Dr. Gauthier) were amazing and their fast response saved my dog's life. I only removed 1 star because it was hard to get updates on his condition after the procedure...and I needed reassuring. But I completely understand that staff shortages and increased pet adoption have impacted their ability to respond to such queries.

Incredible staff, quick service, and they give you so many options to find out what is best for you. I was in tears when I had to bring my kitty in and they helped calm me down. When I explained that I don't have the money (I am just a student) to pay for very expensive vet bills, they made sure to give me all of my options to see what worked best. My cat has now come home in better shape than ever.

We have a boxer that is a lemon" but we love him very much. He had to be seen by Dr. de Jaham in dermatology during the peak of COVID. We weren't allowed in the room with him

i went to the clinic because my dog was having strange behavior : excessive saliving, restless, was refusing to sit/lay down, was doing weird movements backing up for no reason looking up and down, was walking all arround the house. It was phases that he was doing almost every hour. my family was scared, we thought maybe our dog (australian sheperd) was poisonned or intoxicated by something she ateeven after saying all of her symptoms to the vet, she did 4 tests that she said she does for almost every dog and didnt find nothing, she gave my dog anti-inflamatory pills just in case she was sufferingconsultation + tests + pills = 600$i did my own research and found that all my dog's symptoms were releated to a type of silent seizure, not sure which one yet, please do your reasearch on google, because they will do a consultation but wont really apply themselves, they are open 24 hours which is reassuring but still, do your own research before actually goingalso forgot to mention i went back and waited 4 hours (from midnight to 4h40am) then i left because my dog was a little bit betterupdate : my dog is still not okay, im going to see a new vet, but at least i know what my dog has
