Worst walmart location in this city. Accused of stealing multiple times, if you're black, you're followed around, and shelves are rarely stocked. Staff can be rude for literally no reason and especially when asking for help.

The tech depapartment could use some customer service training. I ask a simple question about whether or not they had any stock on an item and the employee rips my head off. That's your job miss! Ring in purchases, take payment and answer stupid questions.

100%+++. I feel badly for the others here who had bad experiences, though. When I went, it was a Thursday afternoon. The store is truly stunning. Well organized, clean, with items I haven’t seen in decades. The biggest selection of items as well. It felt like I was back in the late 1990s. The BEST Walmart I’ve seen ANYWHERE. I think early mornings and mid-afternoons, midweek, for older people in the Hamilton region might be best. The staff were friendly. The customers were friendly. I’ve been avoiding Walmarts these past couple of years because they feel like FEMA camps. Especially up in Ancaster. But this location turned out to be a gem. Please try it.

I don't like using automated cashiers, however there was a long line up at the regular human cashiers.The last thing I scanned I thought I heard double beeping so I check the screen where it showed an unidentified item code for a price of$ 11:99.Asked the attendant, she was not able to know what it was, counted the number of items and then deleted from the bill.Wow! Problem solved!

This is one of the biggest Walmart stores I've ever been in. Expanded selections and choices on everything from fruit to furniture. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of checkouts, and ample parking. Great deals as always.

I will never order on you online website. We ordered a Christmas tree but it’s not lite and decided to return. At the customer service there was a Samantha what a racist . Before l said anything she was just rude and said we don’t return Christmas trees here. Then l had to explain my self that l bought it online in Walmart website. You should have seen how crazy she was. We are accepting that from you because that’s not from Walmart. She told me google the the company and talk to them . She actually refused to give me her name until l asked for the manager Mark who was just as useless until another lady who works there heard the commotion, she is the one who provided us with their phone number to call. Why Walmart sell stuff on their website and would not want to take responsibility. Do Not Buy anything From Walmart online. Now the company is telling us to pay for shipping. Crazy to deal this company.

Went to Walmart on a crazy Saturday. Was busy as expected. They had everything we needed so a one-stop shop which is always nice. We went through the self check. I understand that there are some people who may try to steal via self check, but not us. We're pretty honest people. Anyway, one of the attendants comes over to help with some loose cans of cat good, which wasn't really needed and didn't save us time, but whatever. During this im holding an item in my hand which she accuses me of trying to put in one of our scanned bags without scanning...I mean I'm waiting for her to get finished with the cat food so yeah obviously I hadn't scanned it yet but was waiting patiently. She looks at the screen and says oh that chicken isn't scanned, which it was, and we pointed it out on the screen. Then she says it's the wrong price...which it wasn't and again we pointed at the package with the lrice on it.... Anyway, it was an overall poor experience. But yeah, they'll usually have what you need jn stock at this location

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Management, this group of females always comes up to customer service as a group as if they cannot handle their job as an individual - always rude and inconsiderate while the others watch. Not to mention, I have heard managers talk poorly about other people out loud. Professional.Also, avoid this place if you do not fit a clean-cut stereotype. Secret shopper (which is awful at his job it is very obvious), and self-checkout people make you feel like you are stealing even though you are not.

Wow! A definite 10 plus!My request was a large return for various reasons I needed to return some product.As I approached the counter I met Raj, he was professional and accommodating.He wasn’t sure he had the authority to proceed but handled it with professionalism and redirected me to Libby.She spoke to me with the same respect and care to my request.She needed to get upper management involved where I got the pleasure to meet Mo and a lovely lady (I regret not getting her name) she was the assistant manager.All four of them were terrific and approachable and understood what’s it’s like to have a customer leave happy.Too often people only do these to complain. I felt compelled to let everyone know that this experience now has me going to change my patronage from a much closer Upper James location Walmart to this one on lower Centennial Parkway by the QEW.Great job to all!This coming from a gentleman who’s owned his own businesses and understands how hard it is to find quality employees and to please customers day in and day out. Nobody’s perfect and I certainly wasn’t it. A lot of times it comes down to not so much the end result but in how the process was handled.Have an amazing day to my new friends and see you all soon!Manny

Most thoughtful selection of discounted vegetable packages for $2. Whoever's idea it was, thank you! Packages with different fresh vegetables, seasoning, rice etc. Never seen something like this at another Walmart location. Like part of a HelloFresh meal kit but actually affordable. Loved it.
