A really terrible experience. We entrusted our 9 year old Son into the care of this group and I am extremely troubled that I did.After asking several times for feedback, as we weren’t present at the sessions, it would take up to a week for any type of response and we never were provided with any type of feedback. In fact, our final two sessions, one was cut short by 30 minutes and we were billed for the entire hour and our next session didn’t even transpire as our therapist didn’t show up. We were left waiting for 20 minutes before our presence was even acknowledged and finally informed Robert was stuck in traffic and would be unable to make it. We departed and were assured Robert would call to set up a time later that week for some feedback. This was a month ago and the only contact we have received was an automated email confirming our future sessions.Steer clear of this place. Poorly run and extremely unprofessional.

I was astounded by the level of professionalism, the care and dedication that this service provides the public is grossly underrated. I am very pleased with the service they provide and would recommend to anyone. Great work done by the Qualia Counselling team.
