Dollar Tree

Most of the shopping experience were good, one of the older lady with short hair who works there seems need proper training. I was in the checkout line and realized that there’s one thing I forgot to get so I left without knowing that she was carrying a little box pass by at my back , I turned back try to tell the next person behind that they should go ahead for the check out and the short hair old lady stared at me said you should not done that, I immediately apologized then she repeated again says “you really shouldn’t do that ” There’s a English word called “excuse me ”to draw peoples attention for your next move. She could used that when she try to quick pass by at my back, unfortunately I do not have a eyes at my back could avoid this unpleasant experience. GOD BLESS HER !

Holding tight on the small price increases,but hey $1.25 for a loaf of brand name bread. Hats and mittens for the kids. Perfect for my budget

I always shop there. Great staff. Very clean. Can't find something just ask they are glad to help out. They do have a bathroom keep clean. Wheelchair accessible. Everything is laid out so that you can find things easy. One problem every store has is someone will come along open something to see it and not put it back into the box they took out of. Makes is hard for others. Thank you staff and best wishes.

This store has been my favourite for some years now! For all that time, they have had the most efficient and friendly staff. Quite remarkable!They seem to love their jobs. That helps!The card section is quite nice and has great prices.The store is clean, too.I find many reasonably priced pantry items, some of which can not be found elsewhere. If you look good you will know what I mean.Thank you all for providing a happy shopping experience!

Terrible Service, price for 11 items. Cost me over 21.00.The cashier with long blonde hair that's older, was ignorant, she should not work with the public. Cashiers need training, over charges.

Good experience both times I have come here altho it's a very busy parking lot the store is clean the staff are nice and friendly there pretty busy both times I went but it was handled well I would definitely return to this store in the future

The cashiers are incredibly slow, I once waited what felt like 25 minutes when there was like five other people in line.The entire store is unorganized as well and I strongly reccomend that you should never buy a single balloon from this store. Through my experience theese balloons will pop in seconds of entering your vehicle.

I shop at Niagara Falls Dollar Tree very frequently, and usually buy things in bulk 20+ items. Today I called to see if they had any glass water goblets in stock, as I was in store a few days ago and they did. I had the SKU# and description for the staff to look it up in their system. They said they didn’t have any but wouldn’t look them up in the system. I checked the store my self and they had 30+ left. I spoke with the cashier and her excuse was that she was on lunch and couldn’t look for me.The customer service here lately has been horrible, and the cashiers are not friendly nor polite. I will continue to go to Welland Dollar Tree on primeway drive as the service and manager there is phenomenal and so helpful.
