Shoppers Drug Mart

Today I happen to visit the shoppers mart at theHespeler road Cambridge (0721) and met the beauty specialist Mr. Patrick. I spent lot of time finding the lipstick shades, but he came forward to help me and find the perfect Color shade. He has so much knowledge of all the cosmetics and suggested me good lipsticks. Very kind, friendly, and helpful gentleman. Thanks a lot to Patrick for helping me through.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!!I purchased a visa gift card. Paid $10 to have it activated. Once activated it was immediately used in Egypt.. I hadn't even left the store yet... I won't be back!!

I went to this pharmacy today for eardrops for my 2 year olds very infected ear. When I dropped it off a young male who I can only describe as someone who had very long natural fingernails. I didn't get his name but he had dark eyes and hair, slightly messy told me the drops were back ordered and he had an alternative but needed the Dr. to approve the switch and that he would call my office. Sure, great. I'm literally days away from being induced so I had to go home and rest. He took my cell and said I'd get a text when I can come back to pick up. He also asked if I had insurance and I said no. Hours went by, nothing. Husband and I both called to have the prescription faxed elsewhere because we wanted to start the treatment asap, no answer all day. I drove there 7 hours later to retrieve the prescription and attempt a different pharmacy so he could have these in his system before bed only to have a young woman who was very nice and helpful, tell me they have it but that they need this 3 digit code so I can have it partially covered. I said the cost wasn't the issue. I don't mind paying it in full. That wasn't even mentioned to me. The issue was it wasn't in stock?! She was confused and so was I. So my son went all day without these drops when he could have had them at 11am, not 7pm. Crazy!

Victoria Day Schedule Said 10pm closing , yet 2 female workers closed doors @ 6pm turning away customers. Yet the door posting said 10pm also. Good one shoppers.

today the store employee publicly humiliated and insulted me. I am 50 years old, I am a respected and wealthy person, and they follow me and check my bags. Obviously, finding nothing, the employee did not even apologize!

I visited the pharmacy on Christmas Day to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist working was very thorough, super helpful and quite funny… even though it was very busy he took the time to explain the script and even took the time write me a plan. Special shout out to the pharmacist and his happy assistant. Lots of parking, easy access.

Worst customer experience. Manager Erica is rude and condescending. Thinks it's appropriate to pass judgement and lecture. FYI, nobody knows anyone's situation in life and what roadblocks they are facing that put them in any given situation. Perhaps save the lecture and move on with your day.

June 1st 2023 at 8am I went into shoppers to the pharmacy and there was a lady helping me and she was VERY rude. She was asking questions about medication which was fine but when I answered the questions she was very rude to me as if i didnt answer the questions good enough or something. Im so glad i do not go to that shoppers much.Never again.

Name tags should NOT be mandatory! This day in age deranged people can search you up on the internet and literally stalk workers and even bully them online! Think about it! Work safe, this isn't the 1950s!
