Fantastic service from Liam and John! I had my bike taken apart and shipped to Windsor from Edmonton and they were able to put it back together at a very affordable price and same day service too. They were also able to help me buy and install a water bottle holder and kickstand. Walking in the door you can tell The Bike Kitchen is all about COMMUNITY and they really care. It’s good to be home.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. My first bike buying experience in over 20 years. Staff were extremely helpful and had me on my way pretty quickly with an excellent bike. This is why we need to support smaller shops instead of big box stores. Thank you!

The staff there are absolutely incredible. They helped both myself and husband find proper fitting bikes that we were happy with. They were educational, understood that peoples budget vary, and just over all kind and inviting. Sometimes going to a niche shop can be intimidating but the people here really just wanted to make their customers happy and happy we are!! Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Bought my mountain bike from this place earlier this year. John provides excellent service and advice on riding. I to his advise about my riding stance and handle height ( even though it wasn’t intuitive right away), and it worked very well in a couple of rides.Complete kudos to this place on making the concept of reuse cool! And no bike that comes out of this stable seem under par, they take pride in their rebuilding work and sell only what they are proud of.Thanks for being there for the community!

I went to this place because I heard of the great prices. I don’t know if things changed after covid, but when I went in I found all the accessories very overpriced.I bought a helmet and a u-lock and they were each $60. I then went to Walmart and Canadian Tire on the same day and saw the exact same brands of helmet and lock for only $20.Of course, I was disappointed with the prices and how much I paid.The staff are polite, it looks like a family-owned business and they had some sort of non-profit event going on when I went, which the owner told me justified their higher prices and no discounts (because they were non profit).Ir hurts me to give them a low-star review, because I wanted to support a small business, but as an inexperienced consumer regarding bikes and prices, I felt scammed by the markup.This should be a 3-star review but I put 4 because the non-profit stuff, helpful owners, and the store looked like they had a nice selection of bikes.

these are by far the best option if you want a nice down to earth service, they are closed for the week and still took me in while they stopped in the shop on their own business, sold me a rim for 40 dollars that would have been 70 elsewhere. Very politely corrected my ignorance on somethings about rims. And sent me on my way...do support this local gem.
