Just spent 15 minutes in the electronics dept waiting for help while three employees sat amongst eachother talking about fraud and theft, without being acknowledged a single time. Spent the entire time around laptops and MacBooks as I need to replace mine and needed it for work tomorrow. 9:10pm was my visit wearing a beige jacket and black pants. Terrible customer service.

I am a regular at the Yates street location and I always enjoy frequenting the photo and electronics department as well as buying daily necessities.I bought a few things here a while back. One Christmas order from the photo lab where the two staff on duty, Tony and Satomi, were really helpful and explained the photo service well. They are also very good at being professional when very difficult customers are there. I don't think I could do it, myself. Finally, I have never met him but understand that it is Dennis who works behind the scenes in the photo lab. I think he does a fantastic job making sure everyone gets their orders fulfilled and deserves praise for his great efforts.

Be prepared to get ignored while waiting to drop off a prescription or talk to a pharmacist for an extended period. No one will acknowledge your presence. I just walked out. There are far more friendly pharmacies in this town.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Beck for the outstanding service he provided me at the photo lab. Mr. Beck went above and beyond to help me retake my passport picture multiple times until I was completely satisfied with the result. Not only that, but he worked late to ensure that I received my prints on time. Mr. Beck's dedication to his work and attention to detail truly made all the difference, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. I had a very bad experience at the Passport Photo services at this location. Yesterday Jan 11, 2023 around 7:15 pm. I went there for photo retake because of rejection at passport office. The passport office has received the photo initially and rejected later on call. And asked to submit the new photo of one of our five passport applications. Since the photo's were accepted initially so through the receipt. I told the assistant manager at that time that my photos ae accepted initially so I don't have any receipt, however you can extract it from LD extra. Then he asked for the rejection proof, again I told him I got a call for rejection so I don't have anything. When I submit the new I can ask for the rejected one. I was there with my kids since the picture is for one of them. He started blaming us that you are using photo for other things and not showing the proof. And he was so rude. Me and my kids feel embarrassed. Why would anyone do that.I respect that in the regular situation he need the proof to retake the photo, however in my situation I gave him the option of extracting it from LD data, which he didn't did.The worst part is who gave him the right to blame us specially with the kids of misusing the system technically stealing.By the way today when I submit the new photos I got the rejection paper and photo is rejected because of two reasons.1- Background is very Pink need to be white.2- Hair in eyes.

Beware the electronics return policy. I was assured upon purchase that they had a great return policy within 15 days. The device did not come with a plastic shield/covering for the top painted surfaceI went to return it (and even after mishandling my device bumping it against the plastic spit shield), The manager/clerk refused to process my refund due to physical damage on the device (IMO so minor that it could've been shipped that way). Please see the pictures of the device and judge for yourself if this is reasonable. I was extremely disappointed with the product, the handling of the return, and the overall return policy. I escalated to the store manager and they said that yeah

Mixed bag.Twice at the customer service desk I've had what I would call acceptable, even good, customer service. They were informative and a return I did went simply and smoothly.The self checkout and the people (supposed to be) monitoring it are an entirely different issue. The machines consistently screw up requiring assistance for absolutely no reason at all, and the assistance is no where to be seen. A few times now I have had to look around and ask for someone because the person SUPPOSED to be there wasn't. Not once, not twice, about 50% of my shopping experiences here involve waiting at the self checkout for the clerk who's run off.Today I went in, got one bottle of juice, I scan it and the checkout immediately screws up and requires assistance and the assistant is no where. For ONE bottle of juice. At this point I am sick of wasting my time with this, so I left the item and left the store and bought it elsewhere.And to forestall any B.S. replies that the machines are operating as normal, no, no they aren't. This is a problem exclusive to your store.

Always fun to visit this store. You can get alll your needs, all yours wants and all the things you didn't know you could think of wanting. Worth a visit. Good service.

Just like any departmental store, this one is as good as the other ones and bad as the other ones. It’s all about keeping an eye open and do price check before buying. I’ve got some good deals when items go on sale but the new items like electronics are double the price that what it is available for on Amazon. Good collection of different items. Overall a good shopping experience, just that always do a price comparison with other store especially, Amazon.

This place used to be good and fun. Now it’s slowly falling apart.Recently I picked up some pictures from photo lab which they usually do well but this time they didn’t follow the size/fit I requested.I called them 3 times for help - zero answers. I tried to chat online on their website - zero agents connecting. I emailed - no responses.This place is so busy the managers need to step-in and hire more workers, otherwise it’s going to continue getting worse and worse. The workers they have are fun and useful but have been getting overworked.
