FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
We had some water pipes burst in our home in February. Mark and his team came and tore out most of the ceiling in our kitchen and hallway to find the leaking pipes. Yesterday he informed me they are too busy to complete the repairs until September (four months away!). Had I known that earlier, I never would have had them start the work. Now my home is torn apart and I’m trying to find another company to finish the job. Totally unprofessional.

A great company to deal with. Mark was here after calling and he walked through our home after having a flue fire. He explained everything they would be doing and answered alot of my questions right on the spot. He didn't try to sugar coat it or did he try to make it sound worse than it was. Thank you Mark.

FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
We had an oil spill at a commercial building and the oil company called a different restoration company. After waiting many hours with no ETA, FirstOnSite was called to deal with the problem. Within 2 hours they had cleaned up the spill, isolated the spill site, set up air treatment systems and made everyone feel much better about the situation. The team was very professional and communicated effectively with all who needed information. I highly recommend their services.

FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration
We had some damage from Dorian, not just us but the island and maritimes was hit hard. It took a bit to get the window done but it was not entirely FirstOnSites fault. Just as they were getting ready to do the last part, the pandemic started, employees are hard to get, well in the end Jeremey and his team did a FANTASTIC job. Yes it took longer then it should have, but there was extenuating circumstance, so If ever we needed them again I would without hesitation call them back.
