After buying a few different games on-line a couple of years ago, I made the drive to their store last weekend. It did not disappoint! The overall quality and finish of each game is exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Michaud Toys to anyone looking for quality products that are built to last for generations.

I am super impressed by their customer service. I called on Monday, wanting to inquire about a Mother's Day gift. I was met with an energetic and happy voice. She was more than willing to help and answer all my questions. I informed her that I wanted to order a gift for Mother's Day, but I understood that it was last minute. She said she would put a note on my file to ship ASAP. I ordered the game Monday mid-day and it showed up at my house Tuesday morning.Some of the BEST customer service I have encountered. I will for sure be ordering from them again.

There is a reason they have over 225 reviews and are a solid 5.0 stars. It’s because you will not be disappointed. I just received my Baseball board game and WoW!! Absolutely beautiful!! Woodworking construction with attention to detail. There is no doubt this will bring many hours of family and friend enjoyment and memories. I see it being passed on from generation to generation, and it’s built well enough to last that long.I’m already looking to purchase another game from Michaud.

The quality of the games is amazing. The service from them is even better. We had an issue with a game and when contacted they immediately responded and corrected the issue. Fantastic! We now have 3 games and plan on ordering several more! We have now sent a few games to family members and have had a few family members ordering their own games. We will keep referring people for sure! Thank you for bringing our family closer with our regular Saturday 8pm game night!!!

Needed game shipped quickly and they stepped up. Game is extremely well made and high quality.Price was fantastic value. I very rarely give 5 ⭐️ but Michaud toys deserve every one of them! Highly recommend.

Tried one of their games last night at a friends house and not only did I enjoy the game, but I was extremely impressed with the quality and workmanship of the board. Ordered 2 today, one for my daughter and then called and asked if they could ship same day if at all possible. they did not disappoint, within 1/2 hour I received a shipping notice. Can't wait to receive it now!!

What a great company!!! We have now purchased 3 of their board game from them over the past few years. There quality is second to none and the games seem so reasonably priced for the quality you receive. We ordered 2 poker dice sets in December and they arrived when scheduled in February. When we went to play the game the first time we noticed a fairly substantial Crack in the 1 game. I emailed Michaud games and included a couple pics and within hours they had shipped a replacement game! I am sure the damage must have occurred during shipping asthe games are so well constructed!!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!Tim Laird
