I came around 2:50p.m on Sunday. The girl on the cash counter doesn’t even kno how to talk to customer. I don’t know why she has this much attitude. She should be polite with the customer. Totally disappointed with their customer services.

My daughter Sage had the great pleasure of being assisted by the amazing Ly, one of the supervisors in the Metrotown store. She was not only knowledgeable about everything but extremely friendly and supportive. She understood the issues my daughter is facing in school and the attempt to reinvent herself with a new hobby.Ly, helped her pick out a completely new wardrobe, shoes and her first skateboard. She even took the time to teach her how to assemble the board as well. I’m so grateful Ly was working that day because my daughter still talks about her and how cool she was!Thank you Ly for everything! You should definitely be promoted to #1 manager and or a district/regional/national trainer for all employees across the country. You made our first experience wonderful and we will be back because of you.

My friend and I visited this store yesterday and I was helped by an amazing customer service representative with super cool hair with shells! He’s not afraid to give amazing advice and super awesome to talk to. My friend and I chatted with him for a bit and it was a great conversation. Super awesome and very happy with the help I received!!!

I was in today at the Metrotown location. At first I thought the mall was going to be overwhelming due to it being pouring rain outside. However I was greatly pleased by the excellent customer service I was given from the 3 ladies working today (sorry I didn’t get your names). They were always making sure I was helped and were giving amazing suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of for myself. The music really boosted my mood as well. Wanted to leave a review to show the excellent customer experience I had as when I was in they were being rudely spoken to about what looked to me as used worn shoes trying to be returned. You ladies are amazing and I’ll be back again! Thank you!!

@zoomiescanadaofficial @ Metrotown…6 employees all standing around.Store was a mess. One employee wouldn’t move when I was trying to look at their toque display at the till counter (also a mess). No one greeted me… too focused on their personal conversations about who needs time off more. I felt uncomfortable in the store.I think y’all need to send in corporate management. That was messed up.
