While backing my BMWX3 I dented my car on a fire hydrant. It wasn’t a huge dent but was noticeable. Not knowing who to contact, I googled and found Mobile Dent Medic who was local in Toronto. Response to my text was immediate and the quote was reasonable. Service done the same day. Tim, the owner, has a keen eye for the car surface. What he saw as a dent was not seen by me. A professional and a detailed person. Courteous and clean. Highly recommended.

I initially contacted two other paintless dent repair places. One flat out said they could not repair the dent because of creasing and I would have to go to a body shop for repairs. The other company tried for 45 minutes to access the dent from the inside but was unsuccessful. They said I should return another time and leave the car for AT LEAST the full day and see if someone else would be more successful. I then got an appointment with Tim from Mobile Dent Medic. Using his glue technique, he patiently removed the dent at a reasonable rate RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Prompt and quick service, reasonably priced and this guy really knows what he is doing. I will be recommending him to everyone for dent repairs.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tim for the past few years and have personally found him to be a true professional that takes pride in every repair he does.

When many other places refused to work on the damage and all pointed me to body shops, Tim really came through.It is hard to replicate factory paint and quality. Repainting and repairing the body part should be a last resort. Tim promised to try and try he did. He spend 6 hours on a day in the cold and then not being happy with the result came back and finished the job with another 3 hours.He was always ready to give it one more pull with his extensive array of tools.I am super satisfied with the effort and the result. This job was not easy, and Tim never gave up until we were both satisfied.Great job Tim, I would not hesitate to recommend you.
