My family was visiting Lethbridge and decided that we wanted to try something different than the typical big chain restaurants for lunch so we ended up here and were very glad that we did.We only ordered from the Nepali menu, no Western stuff, but everything we tried was absolutely amazing. We may have over-ordered but we left feeling full (in a good, satisfied way) and hopeful to return. Highly recommended!

Not much for decor but this place is definitely a hidden gem. I was weary about a place that sold western food (burgers/fries/fried pickles), middle eastern donairs and their traditional food but I was blown away. The Donnie flavour was fantastic, fresh and hot. The dumplings were Incredible. Definitely going back.

If I ever get lunch at work I order pick-up from here. It is one of the best places in the city. All of their nepalese food is amazing PLUS they have arguably the best donair around. I don't think I'll get chow mein from anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend.

I picked up take away lunch from here today and I knew it was going to be good as soon as I walked in the door. The place was clean and smelt amazing. My lunch was hot and delicious. I got an order of chicken chow mein and pork momos. I will definitely be back and I'm excited to try some new food and both dishes I got were amazing.

I have never tried Nepalese food before, so I decided to give this restaurant a try. It is in the industrial area where The Main and Jerry’s Diner was located. I was excited to see what the new owners had to offer. The restaurant itself is very much the same on the inside as before, but in this instance, I ordered take out. To get a sample of their menu I ordered two cheeseburgers, onion rings, small donair with sweet sauce, pork chow mein, and regular chicken momo’s with a mild sauce. The highlights of the meal were the pork chow mein and the momo’s. If you are wanting to try new flavours and experience new cuisine, I would highly recommend trying their Nepalese food before anything else on the menu. You can tell that the food is genuine and made by recipes from home. The chow mein had a good curry flavour with many traditional Napalese spices. The pork was cut from belly, fried, and had a good crisp to it. It was loaded with cabbage, onions, peas, and was topped with cilantro. Do not get this confused with your typical “American Chinese” chow mein as that would be an insult. The round noodles had a soft bite and were cooked well. Overall, my favourite dish I ordered were the momo’s. These were most likely hand made as the meat on the inside was not compacted together as you would see from a store-bought dumpling. As I cut into one you could see the different spices and meat that was mixed. There was a flavourful chutney to compliment the dumpling. The only thing that was slightly misleading to me is that a few of their pictures on google were from google images and not from their restaurant. I found one of the same momo photos on the food network as I was researching their cuisine before I went. I wouldn’t let this deter you though as it still tasted FANTASTIC. The cheeseburger was a premade patty with processed cheese. For the type of burger, it was it was flavourful, and it came in at a good price of $6.75. Considering other restaurants in the industrial area serve the same thing but for much more it was good to see honest pricing. The onion rings had large pieces of onion and had a good crunch on them. They were everything you want in an onion ring as you often get onion rings with no onions once they have been deep fried. The donair meat was well seasoned and had a good flavour from the flat top. The only downside was that the sauce leaked through to the outside and made everything sticky and a tad soggy. It could have used a bit less meat and more vegetables. Overall, I paid about $55.00 which is more than reasonable considering I got a large amount of food. Great food and a great price.
