Nail Sense

Went to try this place as my main go to place succumbed to arson. Friendly staff, very quick service. I booked for a deluxe shellac French manicure pedicure combo but only received standard (no paraffin treatment) instead (fortunately charged as standard but bummed didn't get the added treatment when willing to pay). Painting quality on left tip index finger is uneven, while small portions of tips for the rest of the fingernails are already chipping off within a few hours. Can't really go back to request correction because leaving Vancouver Island tomorrow for a few days.Interesting punch card loyalty program. I would probably continue patronage but not likely to request French manicures in future visits.

Called for a same day appointment to do a gel polish change and they were able to fit me in the afternoon (an hour and half after I called). When it came time for my appointment, they didn’t realize I also needed my old polish removed (my bad), but went through with the whole appointment anyway, were very welcoming and efficient, and gave me exactly what I asked for.They went above and beyond to give me excellent service during what seemed to be a busy time of regular appointments, and I’m truly very happy with my nails.Thank you!

Great! I tried nail sense because it had great reviews and great prices. I had a basic pedi done. The workers were all friendly and kind, and they did a great job. They didn't skimp out on a massage either, woo hoo!

Got a manicure and a pedicure here! Friendly staff, very kind. The interior and products are pretty standard. Liked the massage chairs! Over all pretty good!

My boyfriend and I came here to pamper ourselves, he got a deluxe pedicure, and I got a acrylic set.He waited about 30 minutes after his appointment was scheduled but we are happy with their service, they are welcoming and kind :)Took us last minute and did not rush us.
