Refused to make my drink. He told me he just washed the juicer and said he won't use it to make my one of the drinks off the menu called Unbeetable. I asked if they were closed and he said no. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm leaving shocked.

Wife and I showed up at 8:30 (online hours say they close at 10) staff member said he has cleaned the juicers and can’t make anything…maybe hire someone with a little more work ethic or close early.

Worst experience as always! The last time I went there at 5:30pm, and the cashier told me that the juicer was down for cleaning, and the same thing happened today! It was the same cashier with the same excuse. Why would you turn the machine down 4-5 hours before closing? Never going there again!

Apparently ran out of raspberries and didn't put a booster in. The booster is usually free with a regular size but the cashier said they charge for those now and since the smoothie is already going she can't add it.Also the worst booster juice I've been too. The smoothie isn't even blended properly.

Worst experience as always. Skipped my order and even don’t remember if I ordered. Have to wait more than half an hour to get my order. It’s better to elsewhere than wasting your time and energy.

Watch what they put into your smoothie closely.Do not add all ingredients listed on the menu. Example: did not put yogurt into 3Smoothies of mine claiming the customer needs to ask". Why would I ask?! It's an ingredient!! SCAM."

Sunday Feb 12/ 2023 mid morning visit around 11 am. They deserve 0 star on the all the following that a basic food establishment should have.Staff friendliness- 0 no smile , no hello, no thank you. (South Asian girl served us)Staff hygiene - 0 looked like she didn't even take shower, and kept yawning while taking our order.Product taste - 0 super bland, didn't put scoops all full, noticed her scamming us.Value - 0 $9 for a small sizeCleaningness- 0 facility was dirty.Only my partner ordered i didn't order my smoothie, was super put off looking at the staff hygiene.. even my partner did out of politeness since we didn't want to be rude. However, First visit last visit. Not recommended at all.
