They took our order right away, but we had to wait for 3 coffees for about 10 minutes, drive thrue seems to be a priority. I had Dark roast double double, and it didn't have a typical Tim's taste. Also an employee was coughing while holding someone's cup without covering her face. I know you guys are very busy, but that's just basics.

I'm sure it is good,, I would recommend going through the drive thru. I walked in and they were very busy with the drive thru and never noticed me. after a few minutes I started my count to 100 and leave routine, but they noticed me and I ordered and got my stuff, the guy ways very pleasant.

They forgot my straw and gave me the ice cap lid for my iced coffee ...poor service as well When asked for a straw we were ignored. Consistent shortages on their products and supplies but a bit of practicality and common sense is needed when delivering their products. Too bad McDonald's is closed for renos but I still have their straw which came in handy...

The food i going down hill latley and it's slower than a slug in molasses in the winter time. So I'd give the food 3 star but the standing and waiting to be noticed and then 5-8min to get your order zero stars. Grilled cheese sandwich, 2 stars.

Been to this drive thur 3 times now horrible service. After the 1st time I said never again but everyone deserves a 2nd chance . A little better but still not great . 3rd time will definitely not be back ever .

This location has horrible drive through service. You can not hear the person through the speakers and they make you sit and wait until your drinks are made before allowing you to move forward. They don't communicate with you and leave you very confused. Every single time I have gone through they have made a major mistake to my order.

I usually avoid this Tim’s as they usually get my order wrong and never have any Timbits or bagels. But my last visit is what has brought me to leave this review. I order a everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese as well as bacon and tomato added on. I usually give abit of Lee way as it’s a weird order as well as repeating it like three times so they get the message I want bacon and tomato. I usually check it before I leave every time. So I did just that after they messed one of our drinks up, and would you have it they put tomato and lettuce no bacon. At this point I’m like how many times do I have to tell these people bacon and tomato. So go inside the building tell them the bagels are wrong I ask them to just add the bacon instead of making a new one. Well they made new ones anyways but didn’t put tomato! By this point I was so frustrated but I was gunna get my order right so finally they slapped the tomato on there but never in my life have I had service like that!

I ordered a Medium decaf orange pekoe and got a small size hot milk with a tea bag in a medium size cup… Hasbeen , the manager, said she told me at the window that they don’t have steeped tea when that’s not what I asked. I would give minus two stars, because they owe me one

The staff is not efficient at all. They have to check every single thing you order (even steeped tea lol). Majority of the times I’ve been there, I was treated with cold bagels and barely warm coffees. Wouldn’t recommend.
