Overall the brand is nice, while this particular store is mediocre. Staff is not helpful at all and follow you everywhere you go as if you are about to steal something. Many of the staff are also very unprofessional considering this is a high-end store. With my experience they denied me the purchase of a shoe because I was planning on reselling, which is reasonable; however, after the fact they ignored everything I said and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was even talking. One helpful employee whom I've talked to before during previous visits and purchases suggested I try talking to the manager of the store. Unfortunately the manager payed no attention and focused on what he was doing rather than helping me. Overall the customer service at this store is very poor and uninviting. Manager is very unprofessional and rude.

They don't price match here and or do returns. I highly recommend Ssense.com for off white items for a much better price plus full refund.

Horrible horrible customer service. I went there on a Sunday. Three Asian employees were working that day. They were friendly and helpful to ONLY Asian customers. They kept looking at me in a shady manner, never once asked me if I needed help or if I had questions, and when I asked what was the biggest size they had, they said they didn't know". I am very inclined to say that because I wasn't Asian or White they didn't want to help me at all. I was the only colored customer in the store that day. Never again coming back to this store. Virgil would have thrown up if he saw this."

Staff were rude, acted like they ran the place and followed us around without even asking if we wanted any help with anything and actually put me off buying something that I was interested in.Pretty bad experience.

My boyfriend brought me here to show me the store as it was a super interesting location for a luxury store, and i really enjoyed my shopping experience here. As someone who likes to shop on my own and not be hounded by sales associates, I found my shopping experience really smooth and relaxing (plus, we didn't even expect to walk out with anything, but did!). The atmosphere of this store is unique and unlike shopping at any other designer brand. I will definitely be returning, easily the most enjoyable shopping experience I've had in awhile.

Bought the sneakers from Off White. I have been wearing them about 10 times. I am very carefull with my clothing. But rubber started ripping off.Management refused to exchange or repair them.

Good selection, friendly staff that offered special tips and information. Fun draws to enter for limited release items. Not to mention the industrial interior design that looks amazing. Also great end of season sales up to 70% off! Meaning you can get something at an absolute steal if you're patient.
